DREYPLAS Group starts distribution of environmental friendly but high heat resistant (340deg C) Flame Retardants

DREYPLAS expands from 2017 the flame retardant materials portfolio by adding new, environmental friendly and up to 340deg C heat resistant material magnesiumhydroxide Mg(OH)2.

Typical – like other flame retardants in DREYPLAS portfolio –  this material is a proven high quality but cost competitive choice to established producers. Our material is sourced from China and manufactured by Yinrui in Shandong, European customers will be supplied from a European stockpoint operated by DREYPLAS.

Magnesiumhydroxide is widely used in non halogene flame retardant compounds for cable & wires. Typical raw materials are PE, PP, PVC, EVA, PA, EPDM and some thermoplastic elastomers.
