PHOSPHOROUS & NITROGEN FLAME RETARDANTS

Phosphorus and Nitrogen Flame Retardants are types of chemicals used to reduce the flammability of materials by incorporating elements like phosphorus and nitrogen.

  • APP – TY CHEM TY202

TY CHEM TY202 can be used in expanding fireproof material, such as polyurethane, UP resin and epoxy resin. Also used in the retardant of fibre, wood and plastic. APP is main ingredient of expanding retardant thermoplastic because of its high molecular weight and good heat stabilization. Especially, used in the PP achieving UL94-V0 for electronic unit.

  • MPP – TY CHEM TY204

TY CHEM TY204 is a halogen-free flame retardant, and have very high thermal stability. The decomposition temperature ≥360℃. It can be widely applied in thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics, and rubber, fiber, and so on. MPP is used specially for glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66. The type include the MPP-A and MPP-B

  • TPP – TY CHEM TY205

TY CHEM TY205 is a non-halogen flame retardant plasticizer for phenolic resin-based, polycarbonate, Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, copper clad laminate, cellulose resin, vinyl resin and rubber, and some engineering plastics such as PPO.

  • CEPPA – TY CHEM TY206

TY CHEM TY206 is Used as flame retardant additives for polyester, long fiber, short fiber, textile and film.

  • CDP – TY CHEM TY207

TY CHEM TY207 is a phosphate flame retardant plasticizer used in engineered resins and PVC, whose superiority is demonstrated in excellent compatibility with resins, oil resistance, excellent electrical properties, superior hydrolytic stability, low volatility, and low-temperature flexibility. It is also recommended for flexible PVC, PVB, chloropolyethylene, natural or synthetic rubber, as well as for flexible PU foams.

  • BDP – TY CHEM TY208

TY CHEM TY208 is a halogen-free bisphosphate flame retardant used in engineered resins, and its superiority is demonstrated in low volatility, excellent hydrolytic stability, and high thermal stability that can tolerate high processing temperature required for engineered resins. It is recommended for use in PC/ABS, mPPO, epoxy resins.

  • TCP – TY CHEM TY209

TY CHEM TY209 is an additive flame retardant plasticizer, whose superiority is demonstrated in excellent hydrolysis stability, good electric insulation performance, superior mildew resistance and abrasion resistance. It can be recommended as flame retardant for synthetic rubber, PVC, polyester, polyolefin, and plasticizer or flame retardant plasticizer for vinyl resin, nitrocellulose, butyl rubber and chloroprene

  • TCPP

TCPP, or tris(1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate, is an organophosphorus flame retardant halogen compound. It has high hydrolytic stability, is not soluble in water, and can be dissolved in ethanol, acetone, esters, aromatics, chloroform, and other organic solvents. TCPP is very resistant to ultraviolet light. As a flame retardant, it is widely used in flexible and rigid polyurethane foam, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, phenolic resins, epoxy resins, and other materials. TCPP can be directly used as or made into emulsions, for carpets, raincoats, fabric finishing, and rubber, etc.. It can also be used as a fire retardant paint additive.
